Simple design, ultimate solutions, superb style, this piece has it all. It's hard not to fall in love with this hero - one of our favorite stone combinations to date!

  • Small pebbles of black moss opal, large labradorite pebbles, fluorite and metal faceted beads strung on hand knotted tan nylon cord
  • While black moss opal lacks the flash of internal luster of other opal varieties, it makes up for it with a spectacular color range of of milky white, brown, gray and black with inclusions that branch like tiny tree limbs through the stone
  • Labradorite refracts light, creating iridescent flashes of blue, gold, pale green, or copper red
  • Fluorite is a luminous, soft and glassy stone, shown here in a deep honey yellow color reminiscent of amber.
  • 24k gold plated beads and lobster clasp closure
  • Length: 46" [117 cm]
  • Handmade in the USA

Another day of play. Often I pull out my many beads and spread them on the floor like Legos, looking to be inspired to make new combinations. Eureka! I wanted to find something that complimented the labradorite pebbles and played off the flashes of copper. Moss opal came to the party, brought along some yellow fluorite that I was never sure what to do with. Seems it was waiting to partner up with moss opal. It's weirdly satisfying when you create something with elements that seems so well suited to each other.

Styling Tips

Long and luxe, this style hero can be switched up and worn multiple ways, simplifying packing for travel and saving the day as one of the most verstaile pieces in your jewelry wardrobe.

Wear it full length for a boho, elongated style; the longest length of any layered necklace look.

Double it up for a duo necklace - adjust both strands to the same length or go long on one, short on the other.  It's your hero, make it work for you!

Petite frames will be able to wrap this 3 times around the neck fo a layered choker look.

Switch it to the wrist and wrap it up to 6 times around for a super chunky, super fabulous bracelet, evening out the wrap lengths to work with your wrist size.

The Do's

Handmade and hand knotted jewelry pieces are durable, but NOT indestructible. Be good to your jewelry and follow these tips to keep your items looking like new as long as possible:

  • Make jewelry the last thing to go on, after sunscreens, lotions and perfumes have been applied AND dried.
  • DO wear your jewelry with abandon, expressing your unique style, but remove it at the end of the day.
  • Clean stones and metal beads by gently wiping with a slightly damp, soft, non-abrasive cloth or chamois.
  • Store jewelry in a dark, cool, and dry space.
  • Gemstones are delicate and can chip or shatter on impact with hard surfaces. Please take care when handling and storing.
The Don'ts
  • Don't wear jewelry in the shower, while swimming in the pool or ocean, sunbathing, or while working up a serious sweat. Exposure to water, salt, and chemicals will tarnish, discolor, or wear away fine metal plating and may discolor and weaken beading cord.
  • Sunscreen, lotions, perfumes, and hairspray may be good on you, but are bad on your jewelry. Avoid direct contact with fine metal plating and gemstone beads as they can become stained or discolored.
  • Don't use metal cleaners, dips, or polishing agents as these will damage fine metal plating.
  • Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause some natural gemstones to lose their color and fade, so avoid storing jewelry in direct sunlight.
