We strive to present the most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on zynkpalette.com may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or have incomplete data. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise description or price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Zynk Palette shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Zynk Palette shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Zynk Palette shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
A large percentage of our products are made in small quantities due to the limited availability of natural materials, or are one-of-a-kind original works of art. Please understand that because of the limited availability, stock for those items will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good. When an item is completely sold out, we make every attempt to remove the ability to purchase that item from the website in a timely manner. Sold out products that were very popular may still be available for viewing online, allowing shoppers to view the design if they wish to put in a custom order using different stones or materials. A "questions?" contact form appears on every product page to submit inquiries.
Please note that all items are handcrafted from natural materials, and as such colors and composition may vary slightly from the images shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions and variations in color. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
We're kind of color obsessed... So we've made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. Due to monitor discrepancies and different web browsing platforms, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate, or that the true color of the jewelry you receive will be exactly as shown on your device.
Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form. Card details will be processed using our online secure Square payment process. These terms apply to telephone orders also.

Orders are subject to acceptance by Zynk Palette and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase. All of our prices are listed in US Dollars and you will be invoiced in US Dollars. If you are purchasing goods from outside the USA, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the restrictions contained on zynkpalette.com. All purchases from zynkpalette.com are made pursuant to the terms + conditions found on this Website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the delivery agency (USPS Priority Mail, etc).
Returned items must be in their original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt, in the condition in which they were received. If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, the delivery or is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us by e-mail within seven working days of the delivery of the items in question, or we shall have no liability to you and may not be able to rectify the problem. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence. EXCHANGES
Exchanged items must be returned to Zynk Palette in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt, in the condition in which they were received. To exchange for a different size, contact us within seven working days to verify if that size is available and allow us to hold the desired size for exchange. Earrings may not be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back using a trackable service such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Please note that unidentified returns or exchanges will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Zynk Palette’s discretion. Please refer to our Returns + Exchanges page for details and specifics.
OVERSEAS RETURNS:
To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us. Zynk Palette cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the US.

Zynk Palette reserves the right to set the price of our products – in no circumstances will a reduction in price after your purchase entitle you to a refund. Please also note that, if a promotional or sale discount was applied to your order, then the same discount will be applied if you require a return or exchange. This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:

CANCELLATION BY US: We reserve the right to cancel any order between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
