Returns + Exchanges

Exchanges

• For all exchanges, first contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping the item back, letting us know what you would like to replace the original with. We'll keep that item on hold until we receive your return.
• Please ensure that your exchange is sent back in the condition that you received it in, with the original packaging, within the 30 day window.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
• If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.
• Zynk Palette is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return/exchange process.
• Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, we cannot take any exceptions.
• Art work, custom items, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Returns

• Please ensure that your return is sent back in the condition that you received it in, with the original packaging, within the 30 day window.
• Original shipping costs are not refunded.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Earrings can not be returned due to health and safety regulations, we cannot take any exceptions.
• Refunds will be made within ten working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to five working days to credit your account, so please wait until this time has passed before inquiring about funds. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
• Zynk Palette is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
• Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
• Art work, custom items, and sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.

Damages

We sincerely apologize if  you have experienced any fault with any Zynk Palette jewelry or artwork. We are happy to assist - Please contact us before returning your item, so that we can advise you of next steps, and the time frame for a refund or replacement item. We ask that you reach out to us within 5 days of receipt of order so we can determine if the damage was our fault (manufacturer defect) or if the damage occurred in transit.
