How can I buy from you?

Ordering is easy peasy with your preferred credit card. We accept cards with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos from any US (and most internationally) issued banks. This includes personal or corporate credit cards, debit cards, prepaid, and rewards cards. Simply go through checkout and enter your info. Worried about online ordering? Feel free to ring us during business hours and we can do it the old-fashioned manual way.

 

Can I send a gift?

Absolutely! If you want the item sent directly, include the name and address in the “Ship To” portion of checkout.  Also at checkout, there is a place for “notes”.  Let us know this is a gift (we won’t include an invoice/receipt, but will include any special message you want added up to 250 words). At this time we don’t offer gift wrapping, but that’s coming soon.

 

Do I really need to sign in or create an account to place an order? That’s a lot of work…

You can 100% check out as a guest, no login required. If you like what you see here though, it’s a big time saver to create an account.  Enter your shipping info once and we save it for the future, plus you can login to your account to see the status of your orders, responses to any product inquiries/customizations, add items to a wish list… it’s not a bad thing, trust us.

 

When do you charge my card

Payment is processed on your credit or debit card as soon as the order is placed.  You’ll receive an email confirmation and order number within a few minutes to let you know we’re on it. Zynk Palette uses Square to safely and securely process payments and sensitive data, using their encrypted Level 1 (the highest level) PCI Data Security Standards. 

 

Your store won’t take my card!

If your payment method was declined, it may have been due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment, and we suggest you contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. For further assistance, please contact us.

 

What about tax, international orders, extra charges?

Order total is calculated in US Dollars, which may be converted to your local currency at an exchange rate calculated by your bank. If shipping to Maine, a 5.5% ME state tax will be applied. For international orders, any customs import duties and tax are the responsibility of the recipient and not covered in the shipping costs. Check with your local post office or customs agency for more information on rules and fees that may apply to your country.

 

Is the newsletter signup necessary?

Only if you suffer from FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), but we strongly suggest it’s a good idea!  We have special perks for subscribers – 6 day advanced access to new pieces before non-subscribers can get to them (limited quantities means items may sell out quickly), news, fun stuff to look at, and the occasional coupon or promotion that will only work IF you sign up. And we NEVER share our list or your email address with any other company.  That’s so uncool when companies do that...

 

How do I use a coupon/promo code?

The codes don’t last for long – enter the code on the shopping cart page, near the bottom where it says “apply Discount Code”.  Enjoy the savings!

 

Can you make me an exclusive design, or customize a piece?

Some jewelry items can be customized to add or remove length, to change colors or stones SLIGHTLY.  Every product page has a "Questions?" tab where you can contact ZP directly with inquiries. It never hurts to ask. We don’t like to go too far from the original vision for items as shown, but if you’re looking for something designed to order, or looking to outfit your bridal party in multiple pieces of a specific color, get in touch with details. Art is sold on the site as either a limited run edition or a one-of-a-kind original, so cannot be customized. Contact us with commissioning requests.
