US SHIPPING RATES - USPS PRIORITY MAIL

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, & APO/FPO addresses.

How fast will I get my order?

Depending on the amount of orders we have on any given day, we ship out 1-2 businesses days after you place your order. If there’s a delay for any reason, we’ll be in touch to let you know. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, so in the US you should receive your package anywhere from 1-3 days after we send it out from Maine. We send an email with a tracking number the day your order ships out. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays.

I like immediacy – can I get it faster?

That’s possible, but it’s best to double check with us since we hate to over-promise and under-deliver. Contact us via phone or email with the specifics. We’ll give you a shipping price quote and you can decide from there if it absolutely needs to be there overnight. We're working on getting expedited shipping options for online orders up soon.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, we send an email with a USPS tracking number the day your order ships out. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, you can look up the tracking number there as well.

Can I pick it up and avoid shipping charges?

Meeting customers is always a pleasure! If you are close to Lovell, Fryeburg, or Bridgton Maine, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Be sure to put a note in the "comments" section, including the best phone number to contact you at to schedule a time and location for pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to many (but not all) countries using USPS Priority Mail International delivery. Shipping prices will depend on the ship-to location, and will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, any customs or import duties and tax are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered in the shipping costs. Check with your local post office or customs agency for more information on rules and fees that may apply to your country.

So where won't you ship to?

Unfortunately due to custom restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries:
