Wholesale Terms + Conditions

Account approval

  • We want to be the right fit for you, and we want you to be right for us. If you're interested in exploring this, complete our Wholesale Buyer Application form.
  • Currently we wholesale to brick and mortar boutiques ONLY (no online ecommerce sales are permitted).

 

Pricing + MSRP

  • Wholesale pricing is calculated at 50% off of retail on all current pricing (MSRP).
  • All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Products MUST be sold at our suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event a wholesale account chooses to place Zynk Palette products for sale at a discount, the wholesale account may be dropped. Permission for special sale events or any form of discount must be requested in writing.

 

Ordering

  • For first time wholesale buyers, the minimum order value is $600. For subsequent orders, a minimum order of $250 is required.
  • To place an order, buyers can email a purchase order or call us directly.
  • Not everything shown on the website is available for wholesale. You may choose each piece that you’d like specifically, or contact us to discuss what pieces will work for your storefront.
  • Once a retail/wholesale account is established and in good standing, they may request special orders or pieces or colors exclusive to their location. Special orders may incur additional time for creation/order fulfillment.
  • Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable, and must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

 

Payment Terms

  • All first orders require full payment at the time the order is placed. Payment can be made by credit card through Square, through Venmo, or paid with a business check.
  • If a check is dishonored, you hereby agree to remit payment again for the amount of the check, plus a $40 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) check fee.
  • Once accounts have reached a $1600 total expenditure, they may apply for net 30 terms by completing a credit application form with three references.
  • If approved for net 30 terms, full payment is due 30 days after the order date. Failure to make payment by the due date will invalidate the net 30 agreement.
  • Subsequent orders can be paid in full via credit card through Square, through Venmo, or paid with a business check.

 

Shipping + Handling

  • Buyer is accountable for shipping & handling fees.
  • Orders are sent via USPS with insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight, insurance and expediency, and must be paid before order ships out.
  • Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional handling charges for production as well as expedited shipping costs.
  • UPS and FedEx shipping are available upon request.
  • Orders will be completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on order size, season, and number of current orders. Typically, larger orders can take two weeks to fill, while smaller orders can take as little as one week.
  • Please Note: Holiday show season starts in late October and can lengthen delivery times significantly. Please place orders early to ensure we have enough creation and packing time for your pieces to arrive in time for the holiday.

 

Damages + Defects

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order for any reason, please contact Zynk Palette within five business days of receiving your order. You will be able to exchange for items of equal value, or pay the difference of upgrading to something of a higher value.
  • Zynk Palette reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice or in a condition unacceptable for resale. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive it.
  • All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the retailer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
  • Please pack jewelry in a well-padded envelope or package and ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping insurance is not required but it is recommended.
  • Zynk Palette is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

 

By becoming a wholesale retailer of Zynk Palette, you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and comply fully with the listed terms & conditions. You agree to comply fully with Zynk Palette terms & conditions for the entire duration that you carry and sell our products. We look forward to working with you!
