Daniel Smith Amethyst Genuine

Daniel Smith finds and grinds pure minerals into pigment for the PrimaTek watercolor line. The stones are sourced from Soladad, Brazil, and when used in paint it has great granulation with just a touch of sparkle. While I'm not overly inclined to use purple in paintings, I appreciate the versatility of this stone more commonly used for jewelry.
